Atalanta This fierce huntress and seductive woman was abandoned by her father in the forest of Pelion shortly after her birth. Suckled by a "she bear" send by Artemis, she was found and raised by hunters. |

Theseus
Theseus is the greatest Athenian hero, strong and extremely brave like his more famous cousin, Herakles. Yet, his courage and strength are matched with wisdom and compassionate. He is most often said to be the son of Poseidon and his tumultuous life has send him in front of many dangers and monsters. He captured the savage Marathonian Bull, sailed off to Crete where he challenged the king Minos and defeated the Minotaur. During the Calydonian Boar hunt he met Atalanta and fought with his best friend and brother in arms : Pirithous, son of Zeus and king of the Lapiths. They both had to kill many vicious centaurs who attacked and attempted to rape the Lapiths women and Pirithous bride. Seemingly, their destiny appears to be sealed by their divine origin. |
Persephone
Daughter of Zeus and Demeter, she is the goddess of the Underworld. Persephone is such a beautiful young woman that everyone loved her and even Hades wanted her so ardently that he abducted her. Prepared to confront the dangers of the Underworld, the rash Pirithous wants her as his wife, and he is about to face his destiny... |

Jason
Brought up by Chiron, Jason is a brave and wise man. He is the rightful heir of the throne of Iolkos in Thessaly. Theseus, Pirithous and Atalanta were some of his companions in the Calydonian Boar hunt. |
